Contact Us About App Information
Use the Contact Us form when you need to ask about a public app page, search result, download route, policy, subscription, or review. For a broken route, explain what happened after clicking and whether the issue occurred on mobile or desktop. Requests are reviewed according to relevance, privacy, and the information available to the website.
How Privacy Requests Are Processed
A reference number identifies the stored request but does not guarantee that a public page will be changed. Search reports can lead to a catalog correction when an app name, slug, or image is mismatched. A public change may require additional review before it appears on the website.
Privacy Before You Press Send
An email address may be needed to identify a contact request, subscription, FAQ question, or review connected to the requester. Subscription emails are used for update requests and can be removed through Contact Us. Do not use the form to expose another person’s private information.
